> About us
I started my business (Fullnappy.com)  in 2003 and registered as self-employed. Since 2006 my husband joined me and we created a partnership. We also run another company - Estuary Properties (UK) Ltd.
We know how important good relatonship with customers is. That is why we treat our customers in exactly the same way we would like to be treated.

> Communication
Apart from English, we can answer any enquiries  in perfect Polish and not-so-perfect French.

> Postage and packing:
As we are mad about recycling, we tend to re-use packing materials whenever possible.
To keep postage costs down we use standard 2nd class Royal Mail service where possible.
 If an item is made available to bidders outside the UK, we always advise to enquire about
postage costs before bidding, to reflect the real cost. For multiple items won, providing you notify us asap (before we dispatch an item), we can combine postage.

> Payment options:
Invoices are issued and sent by email and payment is required within 7 days after the auction is finished.
We reserve ourselves the right to place items not paid for during the 7 day period back into auction, unless agreed otherwise with a customer.

- Cheques made payable to: FULLNAPPY.com (please allow 5 working days for the cheque to clear
before we send any items)
- PPPay (only PPPay verified customers).
- International bidders: Moneybookers or PayPal

> Feedback
We always leave positive feedback for good buyers and would appreciate if you leave yours.
Negative feedback is left for non-payers. They can expect to be reported,  blacklisted and banned from entering any auction run by Fullnappy.

> Returns
We tend to take good quality photos of our items and describe their exact look to the best of our knowledge.
However, if you feel, the item you won does not meet the description placed on the website, you can return it postmarked within 1 week of its receipt. It must be returned in the same condition you received it.
Postage costs for return are NON refundable.
