Hello and thank you for visiting my shop, FlatteringFrocks. My name is Debbie and I live in the Suffolk countryside with my partner. Despite the shop name, I don't only sell dresses: my aim is to stock a wide range of quality women's clothing (usually famous names) at bargain prices that are at least 50% below RRP. EBid allows me to do this because their fees are so reasonable - unlike some other auction sites! I recently moved to EBid after several years trading on another, well-known site.
Delivery
I always use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, keeping the likelihood of items getting lost to a minimum. Items are posted either on the day the order is received or the next working day.
Returns
Returns are accepted if posted back to me within 10 days of receipt. As long as the item is in the condition in which you received it (please be careful regarding makeup or deodorant stains) I offer a full refund or exchange. Postage is not refunded, however, and I recommend that you use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for returns: I can not be held responsible for returns going missing in the post.
