If an item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly, I will refund the full cost including return postage incurred. I also accept returns for any other reason but returning the item will be at the buyer's own expense and a deduction made from the refund of the cost of postage, packaging and fees. For low cost items, it is therefore likely that the refund would be less than the cost of returning it!
