Thank you for checking out my listings. I have over 30 years experience in machine knitting, crochet and cross stitch. Until 12 years ago I had my own business designing and knitting machine knit garments in the UK. Now I have moved to the beautiful French country side, my love of making custom accessories has followed me. I do hope you like my items I have for sale as much as I have loved making them.

I will pack and ship your item in 2 to 4 working days of payment. It will be sent from my home in France by Priority La Poste

Delivery takes approx 4 to 6 working day (weekends not included) to the UK and Europe, approx 5 to 12 working day to America and approx 9 to 21 working days to Australia.

Please note custom and personalised orders may take longer before shipping as they are made once the order is confirmed with payment. I will inform you at the time of ordering with delivery times

Returns policy details: You can cancel the purchase within 14 days of reicept. If you are canceling the purchase because you have changed your mind, then you will pay the return costs. The item must be returned in the same new and unused condition as it left me. If the item is not as listed or faulty then I will refund you the postage costs, but not tracking or insurance costs if they are extra/ontop of the postage cost. Please contact me as soon as possible and I will send you the return address delails. All costs will be refunded as soon as the item has be returned to my address and checked by me. Dont forget to include your name, Ebid id, address and a note giving details for the return inside the parcel. Contact me first before returning any goods.
