We have our own factory trained & certificated Service Engineers and specialise in servicing and repairs.
Our High Street Shop has over 60 new machines on display for free demonstrations.
We keep the following in stock at all times;
SEWING MACHINES, EMBROIDERY MACHINES, OVERLOCKERS, EMBELLISHERS, HORN CABINETS, IRONING PRESSES, DRESS FORMS, MACHINE SOFTWARE, SEWING LAMPS and much more.
We carry an extensive range of spare parts and accessories catering for all the top brand names.

We always aim to ensure that all our customers are fully satisfied. We will always answer every question asap and do our utmost to resolve any problems.
You we receive a confirmation email from our ebay/paypal account when your item has been dispatched
POSTAGE
All items are sent with proof of postage receipt
All Small Packets - Are sent Royal Mail as postage description. Orders received before mid day with full payment will be sent same day unless weekend. 1st class post normally arrives with our customers next working day
All large orders - Sewing machines and overlockers orders are delivered overnight to UK postcodes only, unless arranged. Orders received after 12 Noon Friday will be sent out the following Monday. We use APC next day delivery services
Returns /Refunds
In the event that the buyer suspects the item to be faulty, a return may be arranged a refund/replacement will be offered subject to our inspection & test by our qualified engineer. The buyer must contact us first before returning the item. We are always happy to advise you if you are having any problems.
We do not refund on postage.
