CINDERELLA LINDA (cldiva)

Hi everyone!

I recently came here to eBid, not even knowing it existed until I did a search. So far, everyone has been so kind & helpful as there are sooo many new things to learn, if I'm to be as successful here as I am on the "other" site. I'd love to say goodby to them forever -- hopefully soon.

Now for a little about me:

My 2 main collections are: Cinderella treasures & teddy bears of all types. I did marry the Prince. His name is Jon. We had a beautiful Cinderella wedding. I wore the pink Cinderella dress since that one is my favorite. We are blessed to be living "happily ever after"!

Every year we decorate a large 7 1/2' Christmas tree covered with all the Cinderella ornaments in my collection. The topper is a Mr. Christmas Cinderella & the Prince topper that rotates, as if they are dancing. We decorate 34 different sizes of themed trees & start the process November 1st every year. Friends & family look forward to this extravaganza in every nook & cranny of our home. We have many glass cases that hold all the 100s of Cinderella collectibles that are never packed away.

My ever-growing teddy bear collection expands as my husband & friends add to my bear family year after year. Probably over 500 by now! Lots of original Beanie Babies & Buddies, various stuffed bears, & figurines of all kinds. I especially adore my Military bears. They share the space in our exercise room so it's fun to be in there. They have their own litttle teddy Christmas tree that stays up all year long. The bears are displayed on lots of shelves my husband made & sitting everywhere, including in their own Red Flyer wagon & scooter for the boys & PINK wagon for the girls. LOTS of bears, but not as many as one of my very favorite places ---  the Teddy Bear Museum in Naples, Florida!
