ALL MY ITEMS ARE ALL LOOKED AT BEFORE THEY GO OUT. IF I THINK ITS NOT UP TO SHOP STANDARD THEN THE ITEM DOES NOT GO OUT. THIS EBIDER HAS DAMAGED THE ITEM HERSELF AND WILL NOT RETURN IT SO I CAN REPLACE IT.. BUT WANTS ME TO GIVE FULL REFUND WITH OUT SEEING THEM. BAD EBIDER
