Return policy

Faulty products with any errors made by Beno's Prints may be returned within 7 days of receipt, please contact us first.

Returns are not accepted as our items are personalised to your specification. If there's an error with your order and we’re to blame we’ll reprint your order free of charge.  

We kindly ask you to check all details thoroughly, particularly spellings of names, dates and phone numbers as once you confirm you’re happy for print 

we can’t accept responsibility for your errors.

 

 

Personalised goods are exempt from the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.  However, if you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us and we are sure we can work something out.    

 

Delivery and turnaround times...

Our estimates are just that - estimates, these are not set in stone and can be subject to change at any time.  In the unlikely event that your order is delayed we will not be able to refund or compensate you for the delay/ inconvenience – our best advice is to order ASAP with plenty of time to spare.  If you’re in a hurry we may be able to fast track your order, please contact us and we’ll see if we can accommodate your time scale
