We have a wide range of clothing and other items for babies and children.  This includes socks, shoes, baby feeding equipment, nightlights and party invitations.  All items are brand new and at very affordable prices.   we also have a range of personalised items.

We have been a member of ebid since May 2008.  We have an account on another well known auction site using the same ID, babybitz08.  On that site we have over 6,000 feedbacks.  Unlike many others, we have correctly registered as a business and hence your consumer rights will be fully recognised.  We are proud of our good customer service.

All our items come from a smoke free and pet free environment.

Terms and Conditions

Multiple item purchase – Where charged, postage & packaging will be discounted if more than one item is paid for in the same payment for delivery to the same address.  The amount of discount will depend on the overall weight of the items but will be at least 50p off the combined P&P price.  Please ask for the total cost before bidding or wait for an invoice before making payment.  International buyers, please note that postage per item will be significantly less if more than one item is purchased.

Payments policy – Payment must be made within seven days of purchase (or within seven days of invoice for multiple item purchase).  We accept Paypal, PPPay instant, UK cheques and UK postal orders.  If you have any questions regarding payment please contact us before bidding or buying

Returns policy – We fully comply with the Distance Selling Regulations.  Items may be returned for a refund/exchange for any reason.  All refunds/exchanges must be arranged within 30 days of receiving the item.  The item must be returned within 14 days of requesting the return in the same condition it was received together with the original packaging.   If the item is not as described or is faulty then we will refund the cost of return postage.

Postage and packing policy - We are based in the UK.  Locations to which we will ship are shown on individual listings.  We will ship items within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment – usually items are shipped the next day and sometimes the same day.  If a delay is anticipated for any reason we will email you to let you know.  All charges include packaging materials and handling.  We are careful to wrap items carefully and adequately so that they will arrive undamaged.   Where possible recycled packaging will be used and this is reflected in lower postage costs.
