In all our items, our attitude is educate via humour and throw a punch which makes people think and understand that discrimation and exclusion will not be tolerated. 1 in 100 people are on now on Autistic Spectrum, it is time the whole World wakes up to the fact.

Autism Awareness UK is not a charity , we are a registered business, if our enterprise offends you then don't buy our items.

Payment: We accept PayPal ,Googlecheckout and NoChex. We do not accept Postal orders or Cheques.

Shipping: We ship worldwide and offer Free second class shipping to our UK buyers and offer a reasonable shipping price for our overseas buyers, please see our listings for the costs.

Returns: All faulty items must be returned back to us within 14 working days for refund or exchange. Your shipping costs for returns will be refunded on items which are faulty. On clothing size exchanges we will have to charge you extra for shipping the exchange back to you, therefore please ensure you purchase the correct size.

Shipping: We will ship within 5 working days of cleared payment. We ship on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

Packaging: To keep costs down we use minimal packing, we request you re-use or re-cycle our packing where you can. Multiple orders will be packaged together.

Overseas buyers - We will change the wording on any one of our items to the language of your choice, FREE of charge, as long as you provide the translation, contact us for details immediately on purchase. .
