Welcome to Argent Gem. Our main business is jewellery and our best selling products being the charm carrier bracelet and the absolutely stunning light vitrail swarovski heart charm.
Our Aims:
We believe in good workmanship and quality materials and as such our components and charm beads are sourced from reputable suppliers (usually from the jewellery quarter in Birmingham). We mainly use sterling silver, genuine Swarovski crystal and pearl, freshwater pearl and semi precious gemstones.
We always start the process of fulfilling your order on the day that we receive it. In the majority of cases this is completed and sent out within 24 hours (even if we have to make it). In busy periods this may be up to 48 hours. On the very rare occasion that we may not be able to do this, we will email you to let you know what the delay is and the anticipated time scales.
Our jewellery items are sent out wrapped in acid free tissue with either an organza pouch or velvet pouch. This in part is to save on postage costs but it also makes it easier to store your jewellery. Many people do not like to store boxes and tend to throw them away so we feel that pouches are more eco friendly.
