We guarantee our items to be as we describe them or we will make it right with you. Just let us know, and we will work to make you happy. Refunds are given but preauthorization is required. In most circumstances, shipping is not refundable. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We accept PayPal or Google payments. Personal checks and money orders are also accepted but shipment will be held until the item has cleared my bank. This takes five to seven days in most cases.
