Uncle Buckles is a family run business with good old fashioned values. We deliver from stock and aim to dispatch same day all orders received before 4pm Monday to Friday. We give the service we expect to receive ourselves. We don't hide behind Emails or voicemails, if you have a query use the customer service number provided with your purchase and speak to a real person who cares. Buy with complete peace of mind, we will accept returns if you advise us in writing - which can include email - within 14 days. YOU MUST CONTACT US FOR AUTHORISATION TO RETURN BEFORE DOING SO. Then if necessary, return the goods unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. Upon receipt, we will refund the full purchase price of the goods.
