Our items are sold at a very competitive price as we purchase them in bulk quantities which reduces the overall cost thus passing the savings onto you the customer.

Postage - All items are sent the following working day after payment has been made unless stated.  If you pay for the item by Cheque, the goods will not be sent untill the payment has cleared ( please allow 5 working days ).

Payment:-  We accept the following methods of payment:-  Paypal, PPPay, Cheque ( with vaild bankers card details written on the back of the cheque & UK Postal Orders.  Payment must be made within 7 days after the auction closes otherwise Negative Feedback will be left & the item will be relisted.  If you would like to pay using PayPal, then please send me an email requesting an invoice with the details of the item that you have won after the auction finishes.

Refunds:-

Stock can be returned for a full refund if it is faulty or if you prefer a replacement can be sent.   Any item returned must be sent by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.  Please contact me by email before returning any item as I will need to issue you an RMA number
