REFUND POLICY

  • NO REFUNDS for BUYERS REGRET, PLEASE ASK YOUR QUESTIONS PRIOR TO BIDDING.
  • NO REFUNDS unless I have misrepresented the item. 
    • I do my best to make sure the item is identified correctly, but mistakes do happen from time to time, as none of us are perfect.
    • If you feel the item has been misrepresented, notify me within 48 hours of receiving item.
    • You must obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION.  DO NOT SHIP AN ITEM BACK without an authorization.
    • With an authorization I will issue a refund Less Shipping, ONLY after I have received the misrepresented item.

SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

  • Units returned for malfunction due to Dry Air Testing will NOT be replaced.

  • You pay shipping to us. We pay to send unit in. If tested to be DEFECTIVE, we will pay to ship a replacment unit to you Immediately.
