POSTAGE

All items are posted by first class delivery (or standard delivery where requested). For special delivery or recorded delivery please enquire. Multiple items will be combined for postage whenever possible. Orders will be accepted from outside the UK but please email for postal costs. Orders are dispatched on receipt of full payment.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by Paypal, cheque, postal order or PPPay.  Please note that new customers registering to use PPPay must verify their account and this can take several days before your payment is cleared.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your item(s) please let us know. Proof of posting is always retained and full refunds including postage will be issued providing you return your item within 14 days of purchase and you have a genuine cause for complaint.
