Due to High Turnover on our retail site an item ordered on Ebid can, on rare occasions, become out of stock before orders are processed on Ebid, should this occur we will contact you immediately with the offer of a full refund or to wait for new stock. Please bear this in mind before leaving feedback. We will do whatever it takes to keep our customers happy. Please contact us if your order has not arrived after 2 days so we can investigate. Orders are dispatched as soon as payment is recieved by recorded delivery or tracked delivery with royal mail and sometimes parcel force. Both will normally require a signature and are unlikely to leave packages at neighbours houses, they will return them to their nearest depot or post office for you to collect. The returns policy on the delivery note states, "The goods must be in their original condition and packaging. Items supplied in sealed bags that have been opened are non exchangeable". This means if you wish to return an item it MUST be in its original sealed bag if applicable, unopened and unused. If it is not then it will NOT be exchanged or refunded and will be sent back to you.
