All orders are shipped in plain, discreet and secure packaging. We use bubble envelopes or boxes depending on the items being shipped. Your discretion is of the utmost importance to us.
We do everything we can to ship all orders the same day. Orders placed between before 4pm Monday to Friday are despatched the same day. If your order is placed outside of working hours it will be shipped the next working day.
UK delivery is usually within 2-5 days. Please allow 10 days before contacting us if your order has not arrived.

For an exchange or a refund, returns should be received by us within 21 calendar days from the date your order was shipped and include the original packaging and be in the same condition as received.
Unfortunately, due to our strict health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept any returns that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered, or if any of the original packaging is missing or broken.
