Hi. I've been in retail most of my life. In 2006 I started an internet shop online with the top auction site. I treat my buyers the way I want to be treated when I'm buying and this philosophy works well.
I ask that you pay promptly, but if there is a problem and payment will be late just let me know and I will hold it for you. As long as I know I have no problem waiting until payday should that be the case.
My P&P costs are as minimal as I can make them. Most of my items will have free 1st or 2nd class on domestic postings with discounted Signed For and Special Delivery options should you prefer. My international postage costs are discounted in the same way.
I will accept returns up to 30 days after receipt and longer if you feel the item should have lasted longer. I trust that most people are honest and fair. Buyer pays return postage. It's usually about .73p. Please retain packaging until you are sure you want to keep it. I also will exchange it if you chose the wrong colour or size, feel free to ask for exchange.
If there is a problem with your purchase in any way I am here to help so please contact me. I can only deal with a problem if I am made aware. I check the item out before I post it, but should it break let me know.
