 Hi there! My name is Carrie, and my store is Living Skies Jewelry. I create and sell my own jewelry, for the most part. Every now and then I will list a few non-handmade pieces, mostly because I adore how they look and figure someone else out there is likely to as well!
 

I think the biggest complaint I ever got was over shipping times and costs. Believe me, I don't like them, either, but I either deal with Canada Post, or a much more expensive courier. However, rest assured that all my items get carefully packaged, and as a bonus, my packaging costs reflect surprisingly little on the actual shipping cost because I try to reuse as much packaging as I can. But, there are still costs, like envelopes, bags for the items, and, of course, the actual shipping. I will never gouge on shipping costs, but it will always be a bit more than the actual shipping cost because packing materials, as well as time, are ultimately not free.

I'd also like to remind people that shipping times from here can sometimes be slow. Inside the country, it is often quite good, but even just going to the United States can take two weeks. Remember, whenever there's a border crossing, there's customs, and even if your item doesn't get opened, it will still get slowed down by the whole process. Have patience - I have yet to have an item not arrive at its destination!

Now, the actual shipping information:
Shipping times vary - within Canada is usually less than a week, USA is usually around two weeks, overseas can be up to 4 weeks. Note that ALL of these times will be longer during high-demand times, such as Christmas.
