I think about selling and buying seriously and satisfaction of my buyers is very important to me.
I intend to list only the items I would be happy to receive myself. All my items are from smoke and pet free home.
The condition of the items is always stated in the listing. When describing the item I try to be as accurate as possible (measurements, colour, ect.)
You may find my packing technique a little inventive/creative, but I always take a special care to ensure that item will arrive to you safe and undamaged. My intention is to lower the cost of postage as much as I can (I presume you would not like to pay extra money just for the dedicated envelope or pack, which would eventually go to the bin anyway). I combine postage cost - please let me know if you intend to bid on any other of my items and I will accommodate this.
If you have any question about the item please do not hesitate to contact me, and, if there are any problems, I'm sure we can find a solution. I always inspect the items before listing and then before shipping, but mistakes happen – please contact me as any issues arise.
I try to check my email every working day in the evenings/late evenings (at weekends I may not have an access to the computer, sorry).
