Now for the business end of information regarding Shipments, Returns and Other Policies…

 

Payments:

Payments must be received by the Buyer within 3 days of the close of the “Auction” or “BuyNow” eBid purchase notification date. We process all orders within 3 business days of receiving your payment.

 

Shipping:

All shipments take 5 to 12 business days for delivery.

 

RETURN POLICY

All claims relating to the return of Products delivered by Garner’s Family Discount Outlet to the Buyer under this Agreement shall be made by Buyer within 10 days after receipt of Product(s). No return will be accepted unless a Return Merchandise Authorization number is approved and issued by a Garner’s Family Discount Outlet representative. Returns of opened, worn and/or embellished merchandise will not be accepted. To obtain an authorization to return merchandise, a fully completed form for returns (hereinafter “Return Merchandise Authorization Form”) is available upon request by email. Upon approval of the request, a Return Authorization number will be sent to the Buyer by email. A Return Authorization number is required for an exchange or proper credit to Buyer’s account.
