Hello and welcome to my All About Me page.

We are currently listing a large selection of Fine Jewellery, Books, Clothes and Collectables.  We do combine postage to make it cheaper for you.  You can either email us for a price before bidding or wait for an invoice.

Please feel free to browse through the items for sale, ask as many questions as you like and we will answer them to the best of our ability.  If you need additional photographs please let me know and I will email them to you.

Terms of Sale

Item Description - The item is described and photographed to the best of my ability, please contact me if you would like additional photographs or more information.

Payment - We expect payment within 3 days and accept PayPal, cheques and postal orders from the UK.  International buyers payment by PayPal only.  If you are sending payment by post please let us know so we can allow time for this.  

Shipping - We do combine postage and this will appear on your invoice.  We will only post to the address provided by eBid and/or PayPal.  We are not responsible for loss or damage during transit, but will endeavour to assist where ever possible should a problem occur. We always obtain proof of postage from the Post Office, if you need to see this it will be provided.

Shipping Times - Monday - Friday:  If you order was placed before 3pm your item will be posted the same day.  Saturday:  If we do not have any other work commitments  and your order was placed before 9am your item will be posted the same day.  Sunday:  No post.

Returns Policy - Customer satisfaction is our highest priority.  We are confident that the item will meet and surpass your expectations.  However, if you are not completely satisfied please inform us within 7 days of receipt.  The item must be received in the same condition packaging it was sent in for a refund.  Excluded from our returns policy are items that have been personalised.

Feedback - We always leave feedback once it has been received.  If any aspect of your transaction was unsatisfactory please contact us rather than leave negative feedback.  We are happy to resolve any issues.
