My returns policy for Buy it Now auctions means that I will refund the purchase price, excluding postage, of any item you wish to return if you notify me in writing within seven days of receipt of goods. Free Gifts policy - please note that unless you inform me at purchase that you do not want your free gift then that item would have to be included with your goods if you wanted to return.
