Alderlaptops primarily sell used, refurbished and reconditioned laptops. We do sell new and factory direct laptops too.

We have been in business since 2004 and advertise in the BT Phonebook and Yellowpages.

We have two websites www.alderlaptops.co.uk and www.alderdesigns.co.uk  our main contact phone number between 9am and 5.30pm Monday to Saturday is 01575 598123 or email

Our postage rate is £9.99 which is for Parcelforce24. In general items are despatched the day following payment with the exception of Friday and Saturdays, items purchased on these days will be despatched on the Monday (unless its a public holiday in which case we won't be able to get a courier!).

See our website for further terms and conditions regarding sales. All used laptops come with a 3 month warranty (unless specified as being sold as spares or repairs), this only covers hardware related problems. 

We're new to Ebid but we have 2000+ rating on another auction site (you know who we're talking about!) and we hope to establish ourselves on Ebid (the fees are too much on 'the other' auction site!).
