ABOUT US:
Printermalls.com is a CompuDirect of Myrtle Beach company. Our corporate entity is D4, LLC, registered in the State of South Carolina. We have been in business since 1982. Our headquarters is located in Myrtle Beach, SC. Over our 38 years in business, we have built a level of trust unsurpassed - we hold an A-Plus rating by the Better Business Bureau.
WHAT WE DO:
We specialize in printer products almost exclusively. We sell printers, toner, image drums, developer units, ribbons, etc for almost every brand of printer such as Oki (Okidata), Xerox, Lexmark, Panasonic, Printronix, Konica Minolta, and HP, etc.
We also sell Panasonic whiteboards at significantly reduced prices.
If you need a repair part for your Okidata printer we probably have it. We also have parts manuals for free and our customers also qualify for free service manuals for their printer (US customers only - just sign up for our newsletter - also free).
WHERE WE SELL TO:
We sell to United States and Canadian locations only. Our free shipping and set-fee pricing is only available to those located in the lower 48 US States. For US locations outside of the 48 US States and for our Canadian friends we offer shipping at our cost and that will be computed manually and we will notify you for approval before your merchandise is shipped.
For APO / FPO customers: we can send some merchandise to you but there are limits placed on us by some manufacturers so e-mail us with specific needs before placing you order.
ARE YOUR ITEMS IN STOCK?
The items that we have listed here were in stock at the time they were posted on eBids. Because we sell via many avenues, that may not be the case at all times so if you are concerned about the stock level, either contact us via phone, e-mail, or see our website to see the stock level at any point of time.
The stock level for printer repair parts (boards, covers, levers, switches, etc) can be determined best by sending us an e-mail as the stock level on repair parts has to manually be verified. Note that fusers, developer units, transfer belts, image drums, etc, are not repair parts and those can be checked on our website if you wish.
