RETURN POLICY
We fully guarantee the authenticity of every piece. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund (less shipping fees) within 30 days of receipt.
SHIPPING POLICY
Due to the high volume and large purchase amounts please allow 2-3 days for processing of the order after we receive payment. Each item goes through quality control prior to shipping to insure greater satisfaction when you receive it. We ship items via FedEx 2Day. Please specify if you need the item faster. All items are insured during shipment. International clients are responsible for any applicable VAT taxes. It is illegal to lower amounts or mark packages as gifts when shipping commercially.
GENERAL POLICIES
We fully guarantee the authenticity of all of our items. If selling loose diamonds, we only use GIA certification. When selling from our Facets collection we only use ideal and premium cut stones no lower than G-H VVS-VS Clarity. We offer the opportunity to view every item in person via an appointment at our office in New York City.
