The store including the sales floor and the bargain department is operated by Wholesale Hairdressing, an independent hair & beauty wholesaler based in the Midlands. With over a decade of trading history in the hair & beauty sector, we help our salon customers, spa clients and mobile technicians to run their businesses successfully by supplying great brands like Wella, Hive of Beauty, Indola, Clynol, ghd, Tigi, Truzone, OSMO, Salon System and many more.
We pride ourselves in being able to supply everything you need to open a business and run that business efficiently. Furniture, electricals, products, clothing, we have it all waiting for you.

SAME DAY DISPATCH - We send out as many orders on a same day basis as we possibly can. Obviously if you give us your order at 5pm, it may have to wait until the next day as we are governed by our nominated delivery channels - Royal Mail, Hermes, UPS, Inpost and Collect+ - who give us deadlines for getting parcels to them. When using Royal Mail, we always use a Signed For service in order that you and we can track the delivery. All our nominated courier services are tracked services.
Important - the majority of our listings offer a number of different delivery mechanisms so you may choose what suits you best. The inpost service is not a 'delivery to your door' service. Your parcel is delivered to the collection locker nearest to your address and you must go and collect it. The inpost service is very economical but you should be aware that you must collect the parcel. We recommend choosing the Hermes option in order to have your purchase delivered to your door.
RETURNS POLICY - Occasionally we get an order wrong or it gets damaged on the way and occasionally you may change your mind. We accept these situations and have a no quibble straightforward returns policy. If we get an order wrong, we will organise an immediate exchange and the postage cost incurred by you to send the item back to us will be refunded because you should not pay for our mishap! If you change your mind and providing the item is still in the same condition as when you received it [i.e. you have not used any colour out of the tube for example], simply send it back to us and we will refund your order however, in this instance, the return postage must be paid by you which we think is fair.
STOCK AUTHENTICITY - All the hair & beauty stock we supply is sourced direct from the brand owner/manufacturer or their official UK distributor. We do not stock nor sell counterfeit brands, copy brands or products purporting to be something they are not. Where products have a shelf life or 'best before' life, the stock you receive will be within the timeframe specified by the manufacturer. Where stock is offered from our Bargain department store, products which are end of line, discontinued or presented in out of date packaging will still be suitable for use and/or resale.
PRICE CAMPAIGNS - From time to time, we stage campaigns where a particular product or line is available for an enhanced, attractive price. This price may be the result of a straight reduction for a limited period or by offering a bulk purchase to reduce the unit price. We encourage all our online customers just as we encourage all our offline customers to keep your eyes open for these campaigns. Each campaign will run for a limited period only and will be subject to the availability of a specific amount of stock allocated to the campaign, so don't miss out!
MOVING FEAST - As a live, functioning wholesaler, our stock levels are fluctuating all the time as we sell via online channels, the telephone, salon visits and other sales methods. Very very occasionally, we may receive an order and then find ourselves out of stock when we come to pick it from our inventory. In this instance, we will always let you know as soon as we are aware and give you the opportunity to select an alternative product or receive a full refund.
EBAY - Wholesale Hairdressing does not sell or advertise any products or goods on ebay. We chose to move away as we find the fee structure on ebay to be prohibitive resulting in the need for higher prices which penalise you, the buyer. eBid provides us with the opportunity to give our valued customers the best deal we can within a responsible online auction platform environment.
