Hello to all reading this

I am a mature lady  of 'quickly advancing years 'selling knitting patterns  left over from a business back in the 80's,  and patterns from my personal collection, my late mother and family members who now belong to a  higher knitting circle,  also items which need to be sold as I have accumulated a lot over the years and now need to sell to save nephews and nieces from having to sort it when I join the higher knitting circle.

I am a private seller and sometimes sell an item for family members, I have been selling online since  2013  I strive to give good honest service, describing my goods accurately and honestly, any defects however small will be pointed out but mistakes can be made.  I used to sell on ebay and had 100% feedback but left due to the managed payment system.

I always pack with great care as my items have been treasured whilst in my possession, I offer combined postage across all my stores but please allow time for me to obtain correct final posting cost, sorry due to the cost of overseas postage I have taken the decision not to post overseas, but if I have something you wish to buy then contact me and I can find out the correct costs for you then you decide if you want to purchase, please allow time for this.  As a recycled teenager I also like to recycle and will sometimes use clean recycled packaging to help the planet and keep cost down, however all knitting patterns are sent in new envelopes and plastic pockets.

I am a customer and customer service is important to me therefore aim to give a service I would expect to receive, I am approachable and will be happy to answer any questions, but again please allow time for a reply as my only access to the internet is my laptop which I check once a day, sometimes twice but life is short and getting shorter and so much to do while I can manage it and now having to get my new home upto scratch, I will reply to offers made if I should recieve them, however, due to a breakdown in communications on occassion this has not happened, it would appear can allow all the junk through but block others sometimes, so please have patience and if I have not replied to you within 24 hours please contact me again as it could be that I have not recieved your message.

Due to my recent house move some items are still packed as I have downsized and have a lot to do, but any items I had listed before the move will gradually be added asap along with others.  All my items are from a pet free and smoke free home.
