Returns Policy
Selfix UK operates a simple, no-fuss returns policy. If we send you a part which turns out to be unfit for purpose in any way, please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience or loss of time this may have caused you. Please contact us within 14 days via Ebid to state whether you would prefer to be sent a replacement part or a full refund.
If you order a part which does not fit your appliance, or you simply decide that the part is no longer required, contact us within 14 days via ebid for a returns number, and once the item has been received and checked we will issue you with a refund for the part but unfortunatly not the postage costs. Please note that the item must be returned to us in saleable condition and in its original packaging (or suitable alternative), or we will be unable to refund you.
Due to unpredictabilities in the postal service, we strongly recommend that you get proof of postage.
