My name is Durward Brantley and my wife, Kim Elise and I live with our 8 cats and 1 dog in a log home that we built in the hills of middle TN. We have a website at www.winllc.biz and sell primarily US coins and Hallmark ornaments. We are always on the lookout for new items that you might love so be sure to add us to your favorites and check back often. Our dog Freckles, seen in our picture, was the inspiration behind Freckles' Friends Pet Shelter, Inc., a 501c3 non-profit that Kim and I organized in May of 2006 in order to raise funds to build a desperately needed quality pet shelter for our community and to reduce pet over-population by promoting spay/neuter and spay/neuter assistance programs. We strive to ship items within 24 hours of payment. However, if your payment is received on a day our Post Office is closed or closes early, it may take another day or two. We live in the country and our local post office closes early on Wednesday and Saturday and any other day the one full-time employee cannot be there. Items will be shipped USPS First Class or Priority, depending on weight. Ornaments are not pre-packed for shipping and will be re-checked for any damage prior to careful packing and shipping. Our shipping charge includes actual shipping costs including packing peanuts, bubble wrap, printer ink, labels, packing tape, gas to drive to the post office, etc.

Please read all listings carefully. Unless otherwise stated in our listing, a full refund of the purchase price may be issued once we have received the item in original condition. Return shipping to be paid by the buyer. All items are checked prior to careful packing and are shipped with delivery confirmation. Please consider purchasing insurance as items lost or damaged during shipment will not be refunded without insurance. Contact us for return authorization within 3 days of receipt of item. For items with free shipping, a restocking fee of up to 20% may be charged.

We accept PayPal, Checks* or Money Orders. If you are paying with check or money order, please complete checkout and mail payment to WIN, LLC @ PO Box 42, Liberty, TN 37095.

* Item paid with check will not ship until we are sure it has cleared your bank which could take as much as 2 weeks.
