Windy World Toystore is a small family business, set up with 2 main aims:
1. To provide good quality and fun items
2. To provide the kind of customer service we would want to receive in turn
Each item we sell has been sample tested for fun and cuddle-ability by our specially trained testers (age 6 months to 40 years).
We are sellers of genuine Gund products, buying direct from the manufacturer to ensure quality. If you have not come across Gund before, then here is a little more detail.
Gund was formed in 1898 by Adolph Gund, a German emigrant, in
Norwalk, USA and is America's longest established plush toy and
gift company. Since it's formation Gund, byit's quality, design
and attention to detail has become the leading name for soft toys
and gifts in America and is featured in the book "America'a
Greatest Brands".
Gund has achieved wide recognition for its products in various
markets, regularly collecting trade and consumer awards. Its
faithful treatment of the A.A. Milne classic 'Winnie The Pooh'
resulted in a prestigious "TOBY" award. the equivalent of the
Teddy Bear Oscars.
Gund is noted for a uniqueness of design and superior quality
and is usually available in outlets where premium nursery, gift
and soft toy products are sold.
The Classic Winnie The Pooh range by Gund are licensed characters.
