We are a small family run company based in Newton Stewart, Scotland. Gateway to the Galloway Hills and close to the town of Wigtown, Scotlands National Booktown

Our hand made traditional Scottish Fudge & Tablet are made from the finest locally sourced ingredients, heated to the correct temperatures and cooled in the traditional way on a granite slab. Unlike many commercial fudge outlets we do not use pre-prepared powdered fudge mixes and our Fudge recipes are the result of extensive research and experimentation that have enabled us to develop the consistently good quality that our customers have come to expect. Our hand made Tablet is made in the traditional way, using only the finest ingredients to a Galloway Irish recipe that has been handed down through the family over several generations.
Our products are 100% gluten free.
All our products come Packed in food safe cellophane bags and are hermetically sealed for freshness and hygiene, Each bag is properly labeled and has a best before date
We are registered with Dumfries and Galloway Council as a cottage producer and conform to the Food Standards Agency and Trading Standards regulations.
SHIPPING
Our products are shipped within the UK using the Royal Mail first class service, all shipping prices include packaging and handling costs.
International buyers must contact us for shipping costs prior to bidding. We cannot be held responsible for additional costs arising from import duties etc or for breaches of the destination country's food regulations
We aim to get your purchase to you in the quickest possible time however we cannot be held responsible for delays occurring as a result of the Royal Mail or other shipping contractors.
If you are not delighted with your purchase then please contact us and return the goods within seven days and we will be happy to refund the purchase price on receipt of the goods. we apologize but we are unable to refund postage cost.
