Whisht Ltd. is a Sales Agency and retail business, based in Northern Ireland. The company was established in February 2009. As Sales Agents, we represent several manufacturers from Europe, USA and Africa and sell their products to trade customers throughout Ireland. Our retail business is a mix of online sales, on eBid and elsewhere; and mall promotions, festivals and special events.
We try to maintain a varied selection of product lines, and we're always on the lookout for something new.
Although new to eBid, we have signed up for Lifetime membership so you can be confident that we're not going to disappear overnight. In the coming months we aim to have our eBid Stores up and running, and to have many more items for you to choose from.
As buyers ourselves, we don't really like the rigmarole of having to check on shipping costs and then adding these to the purchase price. Therefore, except in exceptional circumstances such as for very large or heavy items, we do the sums and give a single price, inclusive of P+P to UK and the Republic of Ireland. So the price you see is the price you pay.
We accept PayPal and cheques, and will dispatch within 3 working days of cleared payment, often less than that. It would be easy to say we'd always dispatch within 1 day, and most of the time we probably will. But we travel a lot, so that's almost impossible to guarantee. Therefore, we don't make claims unless we're sure we can deliver on them.
