Unlike some sellers, I do not profit out of P&P by adding unnecessary costs to the P&P prices. I only pass on the costs of postage and packaging supplies to my customers. If you ever have a query about any of my P&P rates please email me.
I take great care to source packaging supplies which give good value for money but also offer protection and security to my goods while they are in transit.
Orders placed before three will be shipped same day wherever possible, otherwise orders will be shipped on the next working day. I only ship items during the working week, if you order something after three on a Friday and would like me to send it to you before the following Monday please just email me, if I am able to help I always will.
All my items are taken to the Post Office and dealt with over the counter, and I always ask for proof of postage which covers the package up to £30.00. I do ask my customers to leave feedback for me at their earliest convenience so that I can see they have received their item and can update my paperwork accordingly.
I am fussy about my suppliers and take a lot of time making sure the products and services they provide are of the highest quality. Therefore, wherever possible I operate a no quibble money-back return guarantee. Individual listings may vary depending on the nature of the product (please read carefully before committing to buy), but in general the policy works as follows:
a)The buyer receives the item and decides they would like to return it to me for whatever reason.
b)The buyer will email me to let me know this decision and I will provide them with any further instructions specific to the item in question.
c)The buyer will re-package the item, taking as much care as I did, and send it back to me by first class recorded delivery. The buyer must pay these costs*.
d)When the item is safely returned to me in its unused/'as sold' condition I will refund the original price paid.
UNLESS EXPLICITLY STATED IN THE LISTING, ANY ITEM YOU WISH TO RETURN TO ME MUST BE BACK WITH ME WITHIN 7 DAYS OF YOUR RECEIPT TO QUALIFY FOR A REFUND.
* If the item arrived in a faulty or broken condition, I will cover the cost of return postage.
I should add that returns are very rare because I make sure all my listings are accurate, descriptive and supported by as many photographs as possible.
I run my own company and work from home, therefore I am usually able to respond to emails very quickly indeed. Obviously there are times when I am unavailable, but unless there is a message on my store showing I am on holiday, you will always get a response from me within 24 hours of your email. I do appreciate it when my customers take the time to leave positive feedback, because I make such a huge effort to deliver fantastic products and amazing service. In the unlikely event that a customer should experience less than adequate service from me, or feel the product they received is not what was advertised, I would ask them to contact me directly rather than leave negative feedback.
Negative feedback is the last resort and if you get in touch with me via email I will always work with you and resolve the situation.
To date there have been no problems whatsoever and all my customers have been thrilled with Victoria's Treasures.
