SHIPPING POLICIES

• All orders are processed and shipped out within 1 to 2 business days upon receipt of the full payment for the transaction. But there will be certain times that we handle and process orders longer due to company holidays. Please look for any important announcements posted in the listing, or contact us before placing the order.

• We are not responsible for shipping carrier transit times. These delivery times posted are only estimates given by the shipping carrier. Please be reminded that there may be delays that we are not in control of.

• All packages are insured, FREE OF CHARGE!

• Shipping cut-off time: 11:00 am PST. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. We have earlier cut-off time during Fridays.

• California State Residents are required to pay 9.75% state tax.

• Orders with high package value and/or with Overnight shipping method will require signature confirmation upon delivery.

• For all orders that has been sent back to us by the shipping carrier due to undeliverable reasons, no forwarding address left, no such numbers and any other reasons, the buyer has to pay for the shipping and handling costs to re-ship the item again. The cost may vary depending on the order. Orders with average sized items will be reshipped for a cost of $8.


RETURN POLICIES

We stand behind our items and we are confident in the quality and value of our merchandise. Each item undergoes three stages of quality control and checking before it gets packed and shipped out.

• If you are unsatisfied with the item/s purchased, you can return the item for refund or exchange within fifteen (15) days after receiving the item to arrange the hassle-free return. You must contact us to arrange the return and an RMA code will be given to you to include with the package you are returning in order for the refund or exchange be
processed. Any returned packages without authorization will not be accepted and will not be our responsibility.

• All return packages must be sent back to us within 7 days after the RMA code was given. All items must be returned in the original condition. If the returned item was found to be used, scratched, damaged or, in any circumstances, not in its original condition, we will not accept the return. It will be shipped back to you and you will be charged with its appropriate S&H cost.

• The refund will be in the same form as how the purchase was made or paid for.

• We strictly do NOT give refunds on any associated shipping costs whatsoever.

• We will not be responsible for any lost or damage package when returning the item, so we recommend insuring for the package and have delivery confirmation as well.

• All items that has been modified such as resizing, engraving, over-the-top, etc., cannot be returned.

• All sales for perfumes, colognes and lotions are final. No returns will be accepted for these items.

• For health and safety purposes, we do not accept returns for all belly button rings, nipple rings, eyebrow rings, nose rings or any other jewelry that can be classified as body jewelry. We are here to answer all your questions regarding these type of items before purchasing them.

• When returning an item, please include a note with your RMA code, contact information, invoice or order number, the item number and a brief description for the return or exchange.
