Our Return Policy at a Glance.
· Most products may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of your product's shipping date. For camcorders, digital cameras, computers and portable audio/video devices, there is a 14-day return policy.
· The merchandise must also be in new condition, packed in its original manufacturers box and include all original packaging material, original manuals and any accessories that came with the item.
· Please allow approximately 3-7 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse.
If the return is the result of our error, we will arrange to have the item picked up via UsPS and returned to our warehouse. We will issue a complete refund including the original shipping costs.
