Any problems can be resolved without leaving negative feedback. I will do my best to sort things out.
I will leave you feedback once you have left me feedback. The reason for you leaving feedback first is that I will know that you have received your item and are happy with it.
At the time of listing the item is in stock. If at the time of purchase it is no longer in stock it will take on average a further 7 - 21 days to replenish stock levels. I will advise you of this by email.
I run a mail order business only - I do not have a shop or premises open to the public, and am unable therefore to offer the option of personal collection to buyers.
Payment accepted through Paypal (confirmed addresses only), Nochex, Moneybookers, Auctionchex, postal order or cheque for UK buyers ONLY. Payment only accepted through Moneybookers, Auctionchex or Paypal in GBP (Pounds Sterling) for international buyers. Item will be posted once payment clears. Cheque payments and crossed postal orders are not cleared for 4-14 days.
Important Note: Due the rising amount of non paying bidders, I will expect to receive payment within 7 DAYS of the auction ending. Non paying bidders will be left negative feedback and an unpaid item dispute will be started automatically after 7 days of non-payment.
Orders received that are incorrect should be advised within 2 days of delivery.
In the unlikely event of goods arriving faulty or damaged please return the item in its original packaging and unused for a refund within 7 days. If products are faulty or damaged we will issue a replacement. If there is no replacement available then we will issue a refund. You must pay the postage cost of returning the goods. Unfortunately I cannot refund any postage cost.
When buying DVD titles it is your responsibility to ensure that your DVD system and TV are compatible with the region of the DVD your are purchasing. Refunds will not be given for system incompatibility.
Replacements will be given for faulty DVDs. Any problems must be reported to me within 7 days from the date of item posting. I will gladly replace the item as soon as the faulty one is received back by me.
A combined postage discount is offered if buying multiple items in most instances. Please view my listings to see the combined postage discount for the relevant item of interest to you.
Total postage and packaging charge covers incidental costs (packaging materials, VAT, time and labour etc.) and not just the cost of the stamp. The price is stated on all my auctions and is not negotiable. If you make a bid on my auctions I consider that you have accepted the postage and packaging charges quoted. Please take this into account before bidding.
Please allow 4 - 5 working days for delivery of your item. Items posted to countries other than the UK may take up to 21 days to arrive. Please note delivery time is estimated and not guaranteed.
If the address you had registered with eBid and / or PayPal, or other payment method, at the time of Close of Auction was incorrect, then I will NOT send replacements after confirmed delivery to that (incorrect) address (of the first package).
This also applies if you ask me to send the package to a non-registered delivery address.
It is your responsibility to ensure your correct and complete address is registered with eBid & PayPal or other online payment service. This applies even if you move house between despatch and delivery of goods.
No refunds will be paid, or replacements sent, in this instance.
If your package is returned for any reason which is not due to my error (including incomplete or incorrect address supplied by you) then you will be billed for re-delivery.
If you choose not to pay for that re-delivery, then the shipment will be treated as abandoned and resold. No refunds will be paid in this instance.
Royal Mail deliveries: You will be notified of the despatch date. You will also be given a tracking number for your item if the method of postage is not 1st class standard or 2nd class standard.
If you are not in you will be carded and will have to collect your item from the local Royal Mail Depot within 5 days, otherwise it will be returned to sender.
If it is not delivered within 4 days, you should track it on the Royal Mail website.
If the parcel is returned to us, YOU will have to pay the postage charge again.
Royal Mail classes a parcel as missing if it is not delivered within 15 working days at which point we can put in a claim and then re-despatch the order. They class a working week as Monday to Friday.
If it has not arrived by the end of the 15th working day, let us know and we will despatch the replacement.
We cannot re-send an order before the 15 days is up, because if the original parcel was delivered within the 15 days we would not be able to put in a claim.
Business Post Courier deliveries: You will be notified of the despatch date. A tracking number is available on request. If you are not in you will be carded. If this happens you have two options:
1. You can call the depot and arrange to collect it yourself from the depot.
2. I can arrange for a second delivery attempt to your address. YOU cannot call the depot and arrange a second delivery because I have specified that Business Post must not do this, the reason being that Business Post will charge me for the second delivery, so if you want a second delivery you must contact me to arrange the second delivery and pay the extra charge, and I will arrange this. I will then email you back with the day that they will attempt the second delivery.
The delivery time cannot be specified. They deliver anywhere between 8.30 and 17.30. If you cannot ensure that someone will be available to sign for your item you can specify where it can be left i.e. the Next Door Neighbour / the Shed etc.
If a Business Post Parcel is returned to me, I am charged for this in a penalty, so I do not want parcels coming back to me.
If you are not carded and you have not received the parcel within 3 Working Days (Mon - Fri) of the despatch date, you should contact me immediately, and I will chase it with Business Post. If it is left beyond 5 days the parcel will be returned to me.
Business Post is used for parcels that are too heavy and too expensive to go via Royal Mail i.e. anything over 2KG
If you are not available during the day at your registered ebay / paypal address please request delivery to your work address.
Parcel Force Courier: If you are not in you will be carded.
You can track the parcel by visiting www.parcelforce.com and enter the Tracking Number when the screen appears.
When an item cannot be delivered, the driver will attempt to leave the item with a neighbour if deemed safe to do so. Should this not be possible the item will be taken to the nearest Post Office to await collection. You will be left a card advising of exactly where the item has been left.
If you are not carded and have not received the parcel within 3 Working Days (Mon - Fri) of the dispatch date, you should enter the tracking number on www.parcelforce.com to check the parcel status. If you are then still unable to locate your parcel, you should contact us for assistance. If it is left beyond 5 days the parcel will be returned to us.
If a Parcel Force parcel is returned to us, we are charged for this in a penalty, so we do not want them coming back to us.
If you are not available during the day at your registered ebay / paypal address please request delivery to your work address.
