Unfortunately it was just a complicated, unnecessary mess
Fraud seller. never put in correct address in first place. contacted usps and they said did not address properly the item.
Athough the process didn't go through, mostly because on my part, seller was compliant to all my requests - especially to include PayPal in his payment methods.
