Some Information About trooper67
Ive been online auction-eering since the year 2000 (on some 'other' web auction sites too!), and have always offered great value quality items, never any rubbish or rip off gear. What you see is what you get, and Im always more than happy to answer any questions you might have about my auctions. Likewise, if theres ever a problem I'll always work with the buyer to resolve whatever it is thats causing grief.
My policy on selling is this.. if you find on receipt that the item you've won is not as listed, contact me and let me know whats wrong.To get a refund, return the item as proof (a picture is not acceptable) and I'll refund what you paid for the item only.
Regarding postage, you pay only for the cost of sending the item, NOT the cost of the packaging. In rare cases (such as fragile items) I'll insist on extra packing and this will be factored in to the shipping cost, but I'll always state that in the auction details.
I accept no responsibility for items lost in the post. Extra posting options such as Royal Mail Signed For (recorded) delivery or Special Delivery are available on request at cost to the buyer.
Finally, I accept Paypal, cheques (these need to clear before I post your item), postal orders or secure cash, though this is sent at your own risk so make sure it is secure and at least Signed For delivery.
