Hello all, Toys Games Gadgets are a UK high street retailer based in Brixham in Devon, established in June 2009 and are an officially registered company with companies house, our registration number is: 06904756.
As you can see by the photo we have actual shop premises, which hopefully will give you confidence when buying our products or using our services that we are an actual company here to stay and not fly by night.
We aim to please and have fanatical customer service! Should you ever need to chat to us about a product we are selling, or maybe some advice on the latest games and gadgets, please feel free to call us during working hours Mon-Sat on (01803) 850850.

Please leave us the appropriate feedback after our transaction and we will leave you some, this means we can have our past trading history for all to see, so users can know who to trust and who not too!
Please if there are any problems with your order give us a chance to sort the problem out before leaving us negative feedback, at Toys Games Gadgets we have fanatical customer services and will bend over backwards to help our customers as we would love you to become a repeat customer knowing you can trust us to get the job donel!

Non Paying Bidder Policy
Our policy on non paying bidders is simple, we will leave negative feedback and report the offender to Ebid, it's not fair on us and it's not fair on other bidders if you do not pay for your item/s.
Shipping
We always try to send items well packaged and all items are inspected before dispatch, should you receive your item in an unsatisfactory condition please let us know, if our couriers are not looking after the goods properly then we will need to contact them and tackle the situation.
We use a variety of carriers to ship your goods, mainly we use Royal Mail and other well known couriers such as DHL, HDN, TNT etc. Should you require your goods insured please inform us before paying so we can invoice you the extra costs to cover the insurance.
Everything we dispatch we will acquire proof of purchase, so if your item does go missing, in some cases you can recover a small amount back, Royal Mail for instance provide instant cover up to £40 usually. But this can vary so to be sure contact us if you require insurance!
Returns Policy.
In all cases the buyer is responsible for the return postage unless we agree to pay. Confirm this before sending anything, as we may send our own courier to collect the item. Any items you do send please attain proof of postage or we may not be able to refund back your money!
New items can be returned up to 7 days after receipt but must be in an untouched condition. Some items will come with a manufacturers warranty also, so when you receive your goods please please keep all records of the transaction as proof of purchase! Just to be safe!
Used items we accept no returns for these items.
Any returned computer games will be replaced by an identical item only and throughly tested when we receive them, this is to protect us from fraudulent actions by the small minority that do try to deceive us!
Larger items such as games consoles will have the serial numbers recorded to also protect us against fraud.
