Shipping:
Shipping Most of our auctions are shipped our from our distribution center in CA. All of these auctions qualify for combined shipping.
- Standard UPS/DHL shipping will be a fixed price. This is set from my supplier.
- Save on shipping when you purchase multiple items.
- combined shipping applies to free shipping.
- Items that have shipping charges cannot be combined with free shipping items.
- Free shipping is for the continental USA ONLY.
- We will ship outside the Continental USA. Please email to get a quote for shipping.
- No shipping to P.O. Boxes
- We will ship to a Gift Address. Please note this in the comments box at checkout.
SHIPPING TIMES: Please Allow 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS
- Maximum of 3 business days handling time. (Excludeds holidays and weekends)
- On average 1-6 days shipping time depending on what zone you are in. We are not responsible for delivery time once your order is in the shippers hands.
- Please do not leave negative feedback for shipping if your item was processed and shipped withing the stated handling time.
- All orders placed after 1PM PST will be processed the following business day.

Returns
- We are happy to accept returns for a store credit or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item if you are not completely satisfied.
- Returned items must be in complete factory package

- Buyer pays for return shipping.
- You must contact us first before shipping back any returns. If you don't contact me your item will be rejected.

Stock Items
- All Items were in stock at the time of listing.
- If an item becomes out of stock you will have the option to receive a full refund, substitute item, or you can wait for your order to be filled once the item is back in stock.
