Thank you for shopping at BargainsNBuys! We are fairly new to eBid
but have a large positive feedback at another well-known auction site. We hope to soon have a great following on eBid, and strive to make your shopping with us pleasurable and memorable.
Terms
Shipping/Handling
- We ship worldwide.
- Your item will be shipped out within the two business days (this excludes Sunday) after your payment date.
- Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods. Therefore do not depend on calculated shipping times, as these times may not be accurate. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. We are not responsible for service transit time.
- You are responsible for all applicable import duty and local tax. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are your responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
- Import duties, taxes and local charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
- We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
- If you are not sure, contact us and we will send you shipping charges for your area. (This will not include local charges like customs, etc.)
- Purchasing multiple items? We will be glad to discount shipping fees. We will hold your items and email you a combined shipping charge when you are through shopping.
- Combined shipping is only limited to the auctions listed under the seller account: BargainsNBuys.
- Please make sure the "Ship-To" address you input during checkout is correct. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses.
Payments Accepted
- Payments accepted are Money Orders(Western Union, HEB preferred), or Paypal.
- Payments by checks must go through Paypal as an eCheck. eChecks will be held and cleared by Paypal before shipping. This may take several days.
- Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discovercard, and eChecks are all accepted through Paypal only.
- You do not have to join Paypal to use their free payment service. Paypal is safe, fast, free, and your currency is converted to US dollars for you.
Returns
- If you feel that this product doesn’t match the listing for
any reason, you can return it for a full refund (minus shipping) within 30 days from the date of purchase
- Please contact us before returning an item. It may not be necessary to return it.
Insurance
- Insurance is optional.
- If your item was insured and is damaged in transit, you must provide proof to your Post Office. The best way to do this is to take the damaged package and contents to your Post Office as soon as you can after receiving it. Feedback
- Feedback will be returned ASAP after receipt of your payment.
- Please help us out also, by leaving feedback for us after you have received and are satisfied with your item.
- Please notify us before leaving negative feedback. We strive to be accessible to your questions and concerns, and we will try to resolve your problem in any way. Our customers are our #1 priority.
