History:

Tech 1 Electronics is located in the beautiful state of Montana, USA. The eBid store is a way to expand product and service offerings nationally. The goal beyond selling and servicing items, is to provide solutions that enhance all of your entertainment applications using electronic technologies. Our career's began in the early seventies working for various audio video repair shop's as customer service rep's and technical staff. During those years, we were mentored by expert techincians on repairing consumer electronics. As a result of this training, we became passionate about electronics and remained in the industry focused on sales, service and installation of consumer and professional electronic systems. If you have a question or need help related to any electronic system, our advice is always free.

Our Promise

Every item for sale in the store has gone through the reconditioning, repair and full bench test process. We usually do not list items in "auction style" or "make an offer" listings. We have elected to sell items using the "fixed price" or "fair market value" method. We know that likely, the item will not be the lowest price on eBid. This is a result of our dedicated practice of providing you with a fully functional working unit. This takes time and effort which requires a technical skill that is not often found with most listings. Terms and Conditions:

1. All purchases are made using the Paypal online secure process.
2. All items are shipped no later than two business days from confirmed Paypal purchase. USA lower 48 states shipping only.
3. Used items are guaranteed to not be DOA. Used items are sold as-is with no return unless DOA.
4. New items are guaranteed by the manufacturer. There is a seven day return policy from date of delivery. All returns must have a Tech 1 RA (return authorization) number issued. All original items and packaging must be included or the refund is subject to a 20% restock fee. Return shipping cost is the buyers responsibility.
5. All shipments are professionally packaged, insured with purchase invoice included. Some invoices are sent electronically depending on original shipping location.
6. Technical support is encouraged and free for all items.
7. All eBid polices and feedback criteria will be adhered to by Tech 1 Electronics and buyer.
8. All Paypal policies will be adhered to by Tech 1 Electronics and buyer.
