Quality Men’s and Women’s swim n gym wear for all shapes and sizes – budgets and tastes!
We are a small family run business with the emphasis on excellent customer service and reliability coupled with quality value for money products. With over 30 years experience in the customer service and distribution industries – 10 of those in swim n gym wear - we pride ourselves on trying to go that extra mile to give good customer service and know that you want your items delivering promptly, securely and efficiently.
Returns
At swim n gym you can buy with confidence as we offer a full returns policy – If you return any goods for any reason you will receive a full refund of the purchase price - as long as goods are returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed with all tags and hygiene strips intact and no soiling - within 14 days of purchase date. (Please always keep a proof of postage for any goods returned)
In the unlikely event that there is a fault with the item, then you will be issued with a full refund including postage costs.
Any refund will go to the same card details as the original transaction (please allow up to 30 days)
If returning, please include a copy of your original invoice clearly indicating which item is being returned for a refund – this helps to speed up any refund due.
It is advisable to try on any swimwear over existing underwear for hygiene reasons - always ensure that make-up. fake tan, deodorant, perfume etc is not transferred onto the garment.
In line with the EU distance selling directive we provide customers with a cooling off period within 7 working days following receipt of the goods where you have an unconditional right to cancel the transaction. This must be conveyed to us in writing either by email or letter. All return postage costs must be met by yourself and whilst the goods are with you, you are under obligation to take reasonable care of them.
Please keep proof of postage as If the goods fail to arrive or are returned at our expense we have the right to charge you for the direct cost of the return or recovery of the goods..
