ALL ABOUT BEHESHT BEADS
Behest is a Persian word and means heaven. All my beads & jewellery items have been hand picked in Inda & the middle east ensuring that they are all delightful things to own or to work with.
The beads are mostly lampwork and silver foil glass and come in loads of lovely colours, shapes & sizes.
The jewellery is made of quality silver with beautiful semi precious stones. Turquoise, Carnelians, Moonstones, Amethysts and anything I can find that looks good. The Persian collection is made from beautifully cut silver making the finished effect very sparkly and shiney. The stones from Persia are usually turquoise & Carnelian, turquoise from Iran is considered to be the finest, it is always unblemished and smooth with no veining and is highly sort after.
The Murano glass collection is all handmade in the traditional method by master artisans in Venice. The silver is sterling silver and all gold is gold on silver. All the Murano jewellery comes in its own box and certificate of authenticity.
Shipping
All bead orders are sent via RM 1st class within 48hrs of payment received/cheque cleared.
Please note that if buying quantities of beads it can make the package heavy, for this reason if you are purchasing more than a resoanable package weight your beads may be sent 2nd class.
Jewellery will be sent 1st class recorded.

Returns
We think you will be happy with your purchase but if you are not, returns should be sent within 7 days of receipt and in the original condition & packaging that they were sent. P&P will not be refunded unless you are returning faulty goods. Please contact us before returning items.
Earrings cannot be returned for health reasons.
