Delivery
Not going to be in during the day?
If you are not going to be in during the day and don't want the inconvenience of collecting your parcel from the depot if you miss your delivery we can deliver to your work address as long as your state your billing address first when ordering. Don't worry its very discreet, scroll to the bottom of this page to see of how your order will look.
Delivery Charges.
Delivery is £1.00 to all mainland UK addresses by recorded delivery.
How long does it take to arrive?
Standard recorded delivery:-
1-3 working days (Although Royal Mail advice 92% of first class mail is currently arriving the next day)
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day.
Security and Discretion
All products are shipped discreetly in a nondescript package with absolutely no indication as to the contents. All orders are sent recorded delivery by the Royal Mail or Recorded delivery by Business Post Courier.
Regardless of the size or cost of your order, your goods will be dispatched in a box and will require a signature.
We will email you your tracking number on the day of dispatch
How your order will look.
Stock and Ordering
Goods that are in stock are dispatched same day if you order before 2pm. If you have ordered an item that has gone out of stock and want to wait a bit longer for delivery, we would expect to get your goods to you in about 12 days.
If your are not in when your parcel arrives Royal Mail will keep your package at your local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel then returns to us. Postal charges apply to send the goods back out to you.
If any questions should arise, regarding your order. We will try to contact you by email and if that fails, we will try to contact you by phone if a number was provided.
Privacy Notice
Your card/Bank statement will read "Supreme Goods" to ensure discretion.

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
Returns conditions:
Goods MUST BE unused (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).
Goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
Goods must be received back at our office within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met we reserve the right to return the goods without notice. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
Notice is given that free offers and our P&P costs will be accounted for if returned goods takes the order value below the free offer level. The value of free offer goods will be deducted from any refund that may be due. To avoid refund deductions please return any free offer goods with your returns if your order value will drop below the free offer level.
You do have the unconditional right to cancel an order seven working days from the day after that on which the goods are received by you all postage is non refundable.
