M (MINT) LIKE NEW WITH NO NOTICEABLE FLAWS WHATSOEVER.

EX (EXCELLENT) THE COVER MAY HAVE A CREASE OR TWO OR SLIGHT RING WEAR OR A SMALL HOLE OR CUT OR SLIGHT WEAR ON THE SEAMS, NOTHING SERIOUS AND NOT MORE THAN ONE OR TWO MINOR FLAWS. / THE RECORD MAY HAVE A BIT OF VERY, VERY LIGHT SURFACE SCUFFING OR ONE OR TWO VERY, VERY LIGHT SURFACE MARKS, CAUSED BY THE RECORD RUBBING AGAINST THE SLEEVE, NOTHING THAT WOULD AFFECT THE SOUND QUALITY OR DETRACT FROM THE OVERALL QUALITY OF THE RECORD.

VG (VERY GOOD) BOTH THE COVER AND RECORD WILL SHOW A BIT MORE WEAR BUT WILL STILL BE A NICE ENOUGH COPY TO KEEP AND ENJOY / THE RECORD MAY HAVE SOME VERY LIGHT SURFACE SCUFFING AS WELL AS SEVERAL VERY LIGHT SURFACE SCRATCHES BUT SHOULD STILL PLAY WELL, IT MAY HAVE A BIT OF BACKGROUND NOISE OR A FEW LIGHT CLICKS AND POPS, SHOULD STILL BE QUITE ENJOYABLE. / THE COVER MAY HAVE SEVERAL FLAWS SUCH AS NOTICEABLE RING WEAR, A TEAR, WEAR ON THE SEAMS ETC.

G (GOOD) BOTH THE COVER AND RECORD WILL SHOW CONSIDERABLE WEAR / THE RECORD SHOULD STILL PLAY THROUGH FAIRLY WELL BUT WILL PROBABLY HAVE NOTICEABLE BACKGROUND NOISE OR CLICKS AND POPS, WOULD MAKE A GOOD FILLER COPY OR PROVIDED ONE IS NOT TOO PARTICULAR COULD STILL BE A LISTENABLE COPY / THE COVER WILL HAVE QUITE A FEW FLAWS BUT WILL STILL BE ACCEPTABLE.

F (FAIR) THE RECORD WILL BE TOO GOOD TO THROW OUT BUT NOT GOOD ENOUGH TO BE ANYTHING MORE THAN A FILLER COPY AND SHOULD STILL PLAY BUT WILL DEFINITELY NOT PLAY WELL / THE COVER WILL HAVE MANY FLAWS.

P (POOR) ANY RECORDS IN POOR CONDITION WE THROW IN THE GARBAGE / THE ONLY TIME WE MIGHT SELL ANYTHING IN POOR CONDITION IS IF A RECORD IS IN GREAT CONDITION BUT THE COVER IS POOR OR ON RARE OCCASION WE MIGHT LIST A RECORD THAT IS IN POOR CONDITION IF IT IS A VERY, VERY RARE RECORD KEEPING IN MIND THAT SOMEBODY MIGHT STILL WANT IT SO THAT THEY CAN AT LEAST OWN A COPY OF IT.

Estimated Shipping Times According To Canada Post:
Air Mail to the U.S. should take from 1 to 4 weeks but may take longer because of U.S. Customs, please allow 6 weeks before contacting us, then we will open a lost package claim with Canada Post and they will launch an investigation and you will either receive your item or your money will be refunded.
International Air Mail should take from 2 to 5 weeks but may take longer because of Customs within each country, please allow 7 weeks before contacting us, then we will open a lost package claim with Canada Post and they will launch an investigation and you will either receive your item or your money will be refunded.
Air Mail is usually fairly fast but from time to time stuff happens in the postal system to slow things down, please understand that any delays are not our fault, we will tell you when we mail your item and from that point on it is in the hands of the postal system.
Surface Mail can be very, very slow and therefore it is not recommended. Surface Mail may take over a month to the U.S. and over 3 months Internationally. If you opt for Surface Mail, PLEASE be very patient because it may take a very long time.

ABOUT US:

Welcome, you might have noticed that very rarely do we list anything for sale other than records. We are collectors who are passionate about vinyl. We dedicate a lot of time, effort and whatever extra money we have into collecting vinyl and we have accumulated 25,000+ records (about 12,000 in our personal collection) over the years and we are not getting any younger, so it is time for at least some of them to go. We have been collecting records since the late 1960's and we have been selling records off and on since 1990. We are not a business, just a happily married couple of over 30 years who really enjoy vinyl. We are once again culling our collection, it's been about twelve years since the last thinning out so once again we will be offering a mixed bag of records over the next few years. We are honest, down to earth people and we are quite strict when it comes to record grading. We should mention that superiorrecords was not chosen as a name because we think we are superior but rather it was chosen because we live at the hub (center) of three of the Great Lakes (Lake Superior, Lake Huron & Lake Michigan) and we own some property along the shores of Lake Superior, thus the name superiorrecords. Please trust that we are as honest as we can possibly be, we would never overcharge on shipping nor would we ever intentionally misrepresent the grade of a record (no matter how rare it might be). We all can make mistakes and if we are ever found to be guilty of misrepresenting something, we will Gladly give a refund. We package each and every item with extreme care and we can honestly say (after purchasing many records through the mail) that our packaging is amongst some of the very best that we've seen. We know that many collectors want their records to be removed from the covers for shipping to prevent seam splits, we totally understand this but we can assure that it is not necessary with our packaging methods, however, if it is requested of us, we have no problem removing the record from the cover for shipping. We always use proper cardboard record mailers with appropriate filler material and every package is clearly marked Fragile. So far we have had no problems with items being damaged but if it should happen, each package is insured. Insurance is not optional on this size package in Canada (it is automatically included in the shipping price), so shipping from other countries like the U.S. might be cheaper up front, until you ask for insurance and then the price goes up, so shipping might seem high in Canada but in reality it is not that bad considering it includes insurance. Anyway, we've rambled on quite enough for now so if you've had the patience to read this far we hope you will stay tuned to our future auctions because there will be some very, very nice stuff coming in the future, thank you so very much for your time and happy hunting (for vinyl of course), vinyl lives;
Debbie & Denny (superiorrecords)
