If you have any questions about anything we sell, please contact us. We try to take the best photographs we can, but if you need to see additional pictures, let us know. We carefully inspect each item before selling and will state if there are any imperfections in the listing. We strive to make quality our number one priority. Please contact us if you have any questions or comments, we value your imput and ideas. If there is something that you are looking for and cannot find, drop us a line, we will try to find it for you.
We ship all orders in 1-3 days after payment is received. We usually use USPS Priority mail. For larger items, we will use Parcel Select or UPS Ground depending on the weight of the package.
Despite careful packing, breakage can happen during shipping. For valuable and fragile items we will add shipping insurance to cover any losses. If for some reason, you are not totally satisfied with your purchase after receiving it, please contact us so we can resolve any problems.
Please contact us before returning anything. Items must be returned in the same condition that you received them and include a copy of your packing slip with reason for return. No returns after 30 days. International shipping costs are not refundable.
