Some Information About stillthings
I joined eBid in April, 2025, as an alternative to eBay and their tyranical fee structure. My STILL THINGS memorabilia business began in The Year of Our Lucas 1977. Prior to that I served in the Air Force as a Public Information officer and base newspaper editor from 1965 to 1969, then as a news reporter at City News Service in downtown Los Angeles followed by police reporter duties at the L.A. Herald Examiner newspaper. From there I began a side career as an acting extra in two 1981 films, ESCAPE FROM NEW YORK and THE AFTERMATH, but I was unable to continue on that journey. Howver I hosted scores of science-fiction conventions at the Pasadena Conventiion Center during the 1990's with hundreds of celebrity guests attending. Another addition to my resume came in 2000 after a lifetime of pl;aying the ponies at Arcadia's Santa Anita Park and Hollywood Park. From then until 2021 I penned 10 highly rated handicapping methods for thorouhbred horse racing and they're all availablre here on eBid. Other offerings are too many to count but a plethora of rare items are posted for your pleasure at reduced prices. I also take want lists and requests for larger sizes on my entire photo collection.
